Mix half a teaspoon with warm milk, a dash of honey and nutmeg and black pepper for an evening nightcap and peaceful sleep.

Use sparingly in cooking as this turmeric is potent.

Mix half a teaspoon with half a teaspoon of warm coconut oil and apply to burns, cuts and bruises.

Add a dash to smoothies and porridge along with a dash of maple syrup and fresh ginger

For a powerful shot glass use half a teaspoon with a small glass of apple juice and ginger juice with a dash of fresh lime or lemon juice.

Turmeric powder

Store in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.
