Healing Meals Delivered Fresh To Your Home
Enjoy a range of incredibly delicious and healthy meals which will arrive freshly cooked, chilled, and vacuum sealed for freshness (should you wish to freeze then feel free). Choose your dishes as a whole meal or as a side with any grain, pasta, bread or salad of your choosing.

All our meals are organic, varied, supremely tasty, and contain a huge mix of spices and herbs, pulses and fresh seasonal organic vegetables to increase immunity, gut microbiome and increased vitality.
Our boxes start from £50 per week which will include 5 dishes. Our most popular option is 5 dishes for those flying solo and for couples and families our most popular box is for 6 dishes (2 x 3 different dishes). Our flexible options mean you can order for yourself or your whole family.
Each main course pouch is 400g which will serve two people if being used as a side, ie with a grain of choice or salad. If being eaten as a whole meal then the 400g pouch will serve one person totally.
The soups are all 500ml, this will be two starter soup servings or one very large filling soup for one person.
Make your selection of how many dishes you would like to receive either, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. If you have any specific dietary requirements please send us an email or fill in the required form. Your yummy dishes will then be prepared the day prior to delivery and you will receive them in a chilled box via DPD.
Simply decide how many soups or breakfasts or main dishes you would like and we deliver to your door. Your box will contain a selection of incredible meals all designed for optimum health and vitality. For allergens, specific dietary requirements, and also spice levels please send us an email if needed.
Your fantastic box of chilled fresh dishes will be delivered on Thursday and will arrive via DPD.
DPD will send updates via text and email and will give a window of one hour. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery then DPD will leave in a safe place or leave with the neighbour and tell you where the box has been safely left.
Yes, of course. You can cancel your order easily from the subscription tab in your Oshomo account page. We do just require a week’s notice to cancel any subscription to allow our kitchen to prepare accordingly as your meals are prepared and planned especially for you.
