We have chosen DPD for our dedicated delivery services. DPD have constantly been working to improve their sustainability and are now using electric vans for many of the journeys.
Orders place by Tuesday morning before 10am will be sent the same week and you will receive your package of fantastic goodies on the Friday on the same week. If you miss the 10am Tuesday deadline and still wish to order please do so, we will contact you if we need to make any slight adjustments to your order as we cannot guarantee all dishes selected can be prepared in time for Thursday shipping, we will do our best to fulfil every order placed in its entirety.
All our incredible dishes are cooked fresh and will arrive in climate-controlled pouches and boxes. DPD will update you regularly on the arrival of your magical box. If there is no-one at home, then DPD will leave the parcel in a safe place and inform you of where to find it. As the parcel contains
fresh chilled food it cannot go back to the depot for redelivery.
Our boxes can be re-used and we would love you to return them to us to help us improve our sustainability. Please email us so we may arrange collection when you have some boxes and in return we will give you goodies with your next order.
