HEATING SUGGESTION

Remove the quantity you want to eat from the packet and heat gently in a pot till piping hot. DO NOT BOIL or RE-HEAT. If packet is frozen defrost before heating.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Delicious on a bed of rice or dipped into with a crusty seeded bread.  Add a side of steamed veg or a crispy salad for added nutrition.
