2x 500ml soup of the week from the weekly recipe

2x Large Medicine Man Ayurvedic Daal  (500g each)

Before we start to prepare your exciting first box you will need to send us via email any allergens, and also it is helpful for us to know if you have and specific needs such as diabetes, low energy, iron deficiencies, and if you have any requests we need to tailor the meals to.  If this is a gift for a friend please ask them to send us their details etc.

THE WATER IN YOUR ICEPACKS IS THE SAME PH9 WATER WE COOK WITH, FEEL FREE TO USE IN YOUR KETTLE OR WATER YOUR PLANTS WITH IT.

LEASE STORE YOUR MEAL IN THE COLDEST PART OF YOUR FRIDGE & USE OR FREEZE (UNOPENED) WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ONCE OPENED, CONSUME WITHIN 48hrs. 

TO HEAT YOUR DISHES: REMOVE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT, PLACE IN A POT ON A MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES UNTIL PIPING HOT. TO MAINTAIN OPTIMUM NUTRITION, DO NOT BOIL OR RE-HEAT.

YOUR MEALS CAN BE SERVED IN AN INFINITE VARIETY OF WAYS, TOPPING ANY GRAIN, DIPPED INTO WITH FLATBREAD, A CRUSTY BAGUETTE OR AS A TOPPING FOR BAKED POTATO. ADD A SIDE OF SALAD OR ROASTED/STEAMED VEG TO ADD TO THE NUTRITION & FLAVOURS!

All dishes arrive fully labelled and you may choose your weekly dishes from the menu which is published every weekend for the following week, or allow us to choose for you
