HEATING SUGGESTION

Remove the quantity you want to eat from the packet and heat gently in a pot till piping hot being careful not to boil. Once heated do not re-heat.

If packet is frozen defrost before heating.

SERVING SUGGESTION

This is great hot or cold, eaten in a bowl (hot) or straight out of the bowl (cold). Can also be served with or in salad and is light whilst packed with nutrition.
