HEATING SUGGESTION

Remove the quantity you want to eat from the packet and heat gently in a pot till piping hot. DO NOT BOIL or RE-HEAT. If packet is frozen defrost before heating.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Deliciously refreshing hot or cold, just add a squeeze of fresh lemon for absorption and added vitamins.
