HEATING SUGGESTION
Remove the quantity you want to eat from the packet and heat gently in a pot till piping hot. You may need to add some water or plant based milk to loosen. DO NOT BOIL or RE-HEAT.

MILLET is rich in dietary fibre, both soluble and insoluble. The insoluble fibre is a prebiotic, which means it supports good bacteria in your gut. It is also low on the GI scale, releasing energy slowly into the body, providing longer-lasting energy and reducing the risk of blood sugar spikes. Millet contains high levels of phenols, a type of antioxidant which helps prevent oxidative stress in the body.
GHEE is free from casein and lactose, making it a suitable option for those with milk allergies or lactose intolerance. Cow’s ghee is believed to improve good cholesterol or HDL levels in the body, which is essential for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.
